Millah Murrah Sugar Ray S76

The $160,000 top-priced bull of 2022, and sire of the first JT Angus bulls to reach the market.

Sugar Ray was the top-priced bull of 2022, bought for $160,000 by a NSW and Queensland partnership of JT Angus, Scone, and Ascot Cattle Company, Warwick.

Sired by Millah Murrah Nectar N334 and out of Millah Murrah Flower P81, a Loch Up L133 daughter, he weighed 830kg at 18 months with a 42cm scrotal circumference.

His sons were the first JT Angus bulls to reach the market, offered as 18-month-olds at our 2025 Twilight Sale.

“He is a very complete bull. He ticked all the boxes for structure, thickness, great feet and legs, head and temperament, and was a bull that really looked like a bull with good raw data.”
